Chocolate Flower Sculpting Class – Trial Session
Discover a new side of chocolate making with our Chocolate Flower Sculpting Class, a creative workshop focused on structure, technique, and design — all taught in a relaxed, step-by-step way.
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to create a striking chocolate flower sculpture, using professional methods that look impressive but are carefully broken down to make them accessible to everyone.
This session is being run as a trial class, giving guests the opportunity to take part at a special introductory price before the workshop becomes a regular feature.
What the class covers:

Creating detailed chocolate leaves using transfer sheets

Shaping and forming chocolate petals

Building a support frame and understanding balance and structure

A short introduction to modelling chocolate

Assembling and finishing your chocolate flower
Each stage is demonstrated clearly, with guidance throughout,
